Tamira : Is it the return address or the billing address- Ship to or Ship from?
Bill Alpert: There’s a ship to and a bill to on my order. they’re both identical and both match the billing address on this card.
Bill Alpert: BTW, I use this card every day, and have not seen this issue come up before.
Tamira : The Ship From and Billing address must match.
Bill Alpert: They do, and I’m totally lost here. Obviously it will be easier to stand in line to buy stamps
